    U.S ORDERS
  • United State orders will be shipped in 2-3 weeks from the United States via U.S Insured Priority Mail, unless stated in the "Comment Section" of the order form.

    Express shipping
    Should you need the merchandise within a certain period of time, or for a special occasion please mention it in the COMMENT Section of the order form.
    Only the items starting with the prefix's AL, EM, ES, HB, HH, HO, NP & MP,
    if AVAILABLE can be shipped express to meet your deadline.
    If we are unable to meet your deadline we will make sure to inform you via email within 24 hours, so please make sure we have your correct email address.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
  • International orders are shipped from the USA via "Insured Express Mail United States Postal Service", with a $5.00 handling fee.
    As postal rates vary so much from each country and weight, we cannot offer flat rates. Once your package will be dispatched we will at that time E-mail you with the correct shipping cost and the stamp on the package will be your proof.
  • Our customers are responsible for Customs Duties or Taxes that may apply by your country. This information can be obtain at your Government's customs.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICIES
  • NO REFUNDS are accepted at anytime, exchanges only will be accepted.
  • Exchanges on defected items or error in shipment will be replaced and shipped at no cost to you.
  • Should the item not FIT properly, exchange will be accepted for the proper size. At that time, you will be responsible for the shipping fees (both ways) and an additional $15.00 CAD service charge per item will apply for the exchange. Since item(s) are specially ordered from our suppliers.
  • Exchanges will only be accepted on items that has not been used or worn and should be in its original packaging.
  • Prior to any exchange, you MUST email us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions. Without an RA#, the package will automatically be refused and sent back to you at your expenses.
  • Exchanges must be done and received no later than 2 weeks from the day it was shipped to you, after that date, it will no longer be honored.
  • To better fit you, please include your proper measurements in the "COMMENT SECTION" of the order form.
  • NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS: Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept exchanges on Lingerie, Hosieries, Bathing suits, Shorts & Pants in leather/PVC, and Jewelry.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted on SHOES or BOOTS SIZE 12 (42 European) or larger.
  • CLEARANCE items and COSTUMES sales are final. No exchanges, returns or refunds will be accepted on Clearance and Costume items.
  • Thank you for complying with our standard procedures.

    PROCCESSING YOUR ORDER
  • Once the order received, your transaction will be processed.
  • Since most items are specially ordered from our suppliers in the USA to fulfill your requests, cancellations can only be accepted 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Otherwise, this order will be considered as final and at that time your credit card will be charged accordingly.

    BILLING ADDRESS
  • To insure processing of your order without delays and to avoid FRAUDS, the billing address & telephone number MUST MATCH your credit card's issuer bank records exactly, also kindly, provide us with your bank telephone number, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

    PROCEDURE DE VOTRE COMMANDE
  • Une fois la commande reçu, votre carte sera débité de suite.
  • Étant donné, que chaque article est commandé de nos fournisseurs des États Unis spécialement pour vous, à partir du moment où vous placez votre commande, vous avez le droit de l'annuler dans les 24 HEURES qui suivent.
    Ce délai passé, votre commande est considérée ferme.

    ADDRESSE DE FACTURATION
  • Afin de traiter votre commande sans délai, et pour éviter les FRAUDES, l'adresse de facturation et le numéro de téléphone DOIVENT correspondre exactement avec les coordonnées que vous avez fournis à la banque qui a émis la carte de crédit.
  • Veuillez, SVP inscrire le numéro de téléphone de votre banque tel qu'il apparait au verso de la carte de crédit.

    NOTIFICATION
